Yes, we can aid in the design of your items and custom make them to your specifications. Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, covid-19 and production delays delivery of custom made items may exceed the quoted delivery time by as much as 30 days. Custom orders can not be canceled until 30 days past the original quoted delivery date.
In some cases items received after 14 days may be charged a 20% restocking fee and a 0.20 per returned item re-listing fee. The balance would be for a store credit only. There is no charge on exchanges except for the re-shipping charge.
Only chain that is purchased and returned in full 10 meter spools can be returned. Cut to length chain is not returnable unless it is damaged.
No, Orders returned from international customers who have not paid the duty or taxes imposed by their country will not be accepted under any circumstances. These orders will be returned to the customer only after the customer has paid for the return shipping. It is the responsibility of all international customers to know before they order what duties and taxes they will have to pay on their orders.
In the event an international order is lost or un-deliverable due to an incorrect shipping address a refund will only be issued after the insurance claim is paid (30-45 days), if insurance was purchased or after the returned items have been received and inspected (7-14 days after receipt). If the items are returned due to an incorrect shipping address the customer may pay to have the order re-shipped or pay a 50% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued on orders received after 45 days from the ship date. If the order can not be shipped after packaging because of an incorrect shipping address the customer will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Shipping charges on international orders will only be refunded via an insurance claim.
Unless the wrong item was shipped or the item is damaged any items returned that received free shipping and drops the order total below the 35.00 requirement to receive free shipping will have the cost of the original shipping deducted from the refund.
Insurance can be purchased by the buyer for 1.20 per 100.00usd of value. If a shipment is lost by the USPS the buyer will have to have purchased insurance for the order to be re-shipped or for the buyer to be reimbursed for the cost of the order. We import natural stones from all over the world. These stones are handled by many different people before they arrive. While we try to make sure all of our stones are clean and odor free it is advised that all stones should be rinsed and dried before using.
All orders over 150.00usd will be required to be shipped with signature confirmation or a release from the buyer.
